From potential to property.
My real estate ventures include development and property ownership. I’m interested in the work of taking an idea into the physical world—and in what it takes to remain responsible for that asset over time.
KTK Asset Management is part of my family’s real estate activity. Alongside the broader work of owning and developing property, my experience includes a Section 8 rental portfolio.
The responsibility behind the portfolio.
Housing carries a human dimension. Behind a property is someone’s home. For me, thinking about a portfolio also means thinking about the people who live in it and the responsibilities that come with ownership.
That is the perspective I bring to the Section 8 portion of my real estate work. It belongs within a broader, long-term approach to property rather than a standalone headline.
An operator’s view of real estate.
Working across multiple businesses gives me a practical lens. Development, operating decisions, and long-term ownership each ask different questions. I’m drawn to understanding how those pieces fit together.
As an accredited investor, I also bring an investment perspective to the conversation. Here, the focus is the experience behind my work: real estate, entrepreneurship, and building for the long term.
Start with a conversation.
For a real estate introduction, business discussion, or an invitation to speak about ownership and entrepreneurship, send a little context about the opportunity and what you have in mind.
